The Bengaluru-based firm had posted sales bookings of ₹2,078.8 crore in the same period last year.

Record Quarterly Sales Performance

The June quarter marked Sobha's highest-ever quarterly sales, reaching ₹3,656 crore, as per the company's operational update. Delhi-NCR (National Capital Region) recorded sales of ₹1,384 crore, representing 37.9% of the total. Together, these two regions made up over 94% of the company's quarterly sales.
