Delhi-NCR (National Capital Region) recorded sales of ₹1,384 crore, representing 37.9% of the total. Together, these two regions made up over 94% of the company's quarterly sales. During the quarter, Sobha launched 6.89 million square feet of saleable area across three projects in Bengaluru and Gurugram. The company also completed 671 homes across eight projects, totalling 1.08 million square feet of saleable area.
