The summer sale extravaganza has come early this year, according to WIRED. While this is one of many sale events between now and the holidays, these Prime Day vacuum deals are worth taking a look at. There's an impressive range of vacuums on sale, from some of WIRED's favorite cordless vacuums and Dyson powerhouses, to robot vacuums and handheld vacuums.
Best Cordless Vacuum Deals
The whole reason to shop for a vacuum on Prime Day is to get a great deal, WIRED notes. The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder is already a great price for a cordless vacuum with its power and attachments, and it's often on sale at this low price. It has 200W of power, a bright headlight, a handful of attachments including the FurFinder head for pet hair, and a HEPA filtration system. It can stand up on its own.
WIRED's all-time favorite cordless vacuum is also on sale. The Shark PowerDetect ($300) is $100 cheaper than usual. It features powerful suction, a bendable neck, large dust cup, and HEPA filtration. WIRED reports it outperformed a Dyson in tests with sand and cereal on carpet, and works great as a hand vacuum.
The Dyson Gen5Detect now has a fantastic price. WIRED usually doesn't see it for this cheap. Now that Dyson launched new models, it's likely going to have a better sale price going forward. The Gen5Detect has 280AW of suction and a brighter laser than older Dyson models, a true power button, HEPA filtration, and is a go-to for carpet and pet hair.

Best Cordless Wet Vac Deals
If you want a vacuum that can wet mop or vacuum your stairs, the Dyson V15s Detect Submarine can do both. It comes with a special Submarine head that turns it into a wet vacuum for hard floors, plus Dyson's excellent cleaner heads for dry vacuuming: the Digital Motorbar head for carpets and rugs, and the Fluffy Optic head for a quick sweep. WIRED says this is a sale price seen from time to time, but still worthy for everything included.
Also on sale is the Narwal S30 Pro ($330), a wet vacuum mentioned in WIRED's roundup.
Best Robot Vacuum Deals
WIRED's reviewer found the Shark PowerDetect UV Reveal ($850) impressive despite AI being forced into products unnecessarily. It uses a UV light and camera to spot stains, and AI analyzes footage to find where to scrub. Once the initial clean is complete, it announces it has found stains and is headed back out to “viciously attack them.” It does a good job on hard floors, carpets, and rugs alike, but can only learn one floor at a time. WIRED states it's the most impressive robot vacuum cleaning job they've seen at that price, even more so while on sale.
