Ceva Logistics to Acquire European Final-Mile Courier Paack, Boosting Last-Mile Network

Ceva Logistics has agreed to acquire Paack's operating units in France, Spain and Portugal, integrating them into its European last-mile subsidiary Colis Privé. The move expands Colis Privé's domestic network in France and into the Iberian Peninsula, adding Paack's technology platform and cold chain capabilities. The transaction, subject to regulatory approval, would boost Colis Privé's revenue over $626.5 million.
