EU Antitrust Law Faces Delay in Extraterritorial Enforcement on China-EU Sea Trade
The EU Commission has abstained from voluntary extraterritorial enforcement of EU antitrust law on seaborne trade between China and the EU, citing geopolitical, economic, and legal concerns.
