Einride Begins Trading on Nasdaq After Completing De-SPAC Merger

Einride, the Swedish autonomous freight startup, began trading on Nasdaq on Wednesday under tickers ENRD and ENRDW, completing its de-SPAC process. The company, founded in 2016, reported $92 million in annual recurring revenue and more than $800 million in potential ARR from joint business plans with 30 global customers. Its cabless autonomous vehicles operate without safety drivers in the US and Sweden, targeting cost-competitive electric and autonomous freight.
