The ad, submitted for the UFC Freedom 250 event, warned of potential censorship under Trump-allied CEO David Ellison. Paramount did not comment on the rejection.

The bill would create a cause of action against any government agency or employee for jawboning, and allow plaintiffs to seek monetary damages. Despite bipartisanship, Cruz and Wyden clashed over which administration is more guilty of censorship.
