UK Proposes Plain Packaging and Name Restrictions on Vapes to Curb Youth Appeal
The UK government has unveiled a consultation proposing plain packaging for vapes, banning name descriptions related to confectionery, sweets, desserts, and alcohol to reduce appeal to children. The 100-day consultation follows the Tobacco and Vapes Act and includes measures such as moving vapes out of sight in shops and limiting imagery and branding.
