Chinese owner Shanghai Minsheng Shipping has declared options for two additional 1,100 TEU feeder containerships at New Dayang Shipbuilding, with deliveries scheduled in 2028 and 2029. The order follows a prior pair due in 2027, backed by BOC Financial Leasing. The vessels will serve Minsheng's domestic and nearsea liner services, including the Yangtze River basin, and add to New Dayang's growing containership portfolio.
