SPM Shipping enters gas shipping with $91m VLGC buy from Dorian LPG

Dubai-based SPM Shipping has entered gas shipping with the $91m purchase of the 2015-built, 84,000 cu m VLGC Clermont from Dorian LPG, according to Splash247. The deal, concluded in August, follows SPM Shipping's moves into capesize and VLCC segments. Dorian LPG has now sold three VLGCs this summer, with reported prices of $81.8m, $87.3m, and $91m.
