Regulations & Compliance NABARD facilitates GI registration for 28 new traditional products across India
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has facilitated Geographical Indication (GI) registration for 28 new products including traditional handicrafts, handloom textiles, and bamboo crafts. This brings NABARD's total GI-supported products to 176, connecting over 13,000 artisans to higher-value markets and generating more than 50,000 direct jobs.
