Teamgroup Launches 28GB/s PCIe 6.0 SSD, But Consumer PCs Can't Use It Yet
Teamgroup announced the T-CREATE MASTER Ai I6E E1.S SSD at Computex 2026, achieving 28GB/s sequential reads via PCIe 6.0. However, the drive uses an E1.S form factor and requires PCIe 6.0 support absent from current consumer motherboards, limiting it to enterprise and hyperscaler deployments.
