CMA Investigates Trainline, Virgin Atlantic and RED Driving School Over Drip Pricing

The CMA has opened a drip pricing investigation into Trainline, Virgin Atlantic and RED Driving School over concerns that mandatory fees are not shown upfront. Trainline faces alleged fees of up to £2.79 on train tickets, while RED Driving School's fees can exceed £7 per lesson. The watchdog can fine the firms or order customer compensation if breaches are found.
