Avio Smart Market Stack, which operates across six countries, describes itself as an IT services and business solutions provider with interests spanning digital transformation, sustainable agriculture, and climate technologies. On the NSE, the shares were trading at ₹7.10, up 0.71% as of mid-morning on the announcement day.
