Regaal Resources Ltd has significantly enhanced its maize processing capabilities at its Kishanganj facility in Bihar, India. With an investment of approximately ₹389 crore, the company has doubled its integrated maize wet milling facility's crushing capacity from 825 tonnes per day to 1,650 tonnes per day.
Expansion Details
The expansion includes the commissioning of a new liquid glucose manufacturing facility with a production capacity of 180 tonnes per day and a Maltodextrin powder manufacturing facility with a capacity of 50 tonnes per day. This strategic move aims to strengthen production capabilities and improve supply chain efficiencies.

Employment and Economic Impact
The project is expected to create around 475 additional direct employment opportunities, increasing the company's total workforce to nearly 950 employees. It will also generate significant indirect employment opportunities across logistics, warehousing, transportation, procurement, and associated services.

Future Plans
Regaal Resources plans to further diversify its product portfolio by expanding into products such as Dextrose Anhydrous, Dextrose Monohydrate, Hydrol, and a range of modified starch products, with commissioning expected during FY27.
