Sweden's Supreme Court Clears Transfer of Caffa Vessel to Ukraine in Landmark Ruling

Sweden's Supreme Court has refused the owner of the cargo vessel Caffa permission to appeal, clearing the way for its transfer to Ukraine. The ruling marks the first time a court outside Ukraine has approved the handover of a vessel linked to stolen Ukrainian grain, according to Swedish media. Ukrainian foreign minister Andrii Sybiha called it an important international precedent against sanctions evasion.
