Signature Global to Launch More Branded Luxury Homes, in Talks With Lifestyle Brands: Chairman

Signature Global, one of India's leading real estate developers, will launch more branded luxury housing projects in Gurugram and is in advanced discussions with lifestyle and hospitality brands for partnerships, Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal said, according to PTI. The company reported a multi-fold jump in net profit for fiscal year 2025-26.

Brand Partnerships

“There is a good demand for branded luxury homes at a reasonable price,” Aggarwal told PTI on the sidelines of the ‘Bharat Buildcon’ event. He confirmed that Signature Global tied up with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini in April to develop a luxury housing project in Gurugram, and added: “We are looking for more such tie-ups.” The discussions are undergoing with both lifestyle and hospitality brands, and a partnership would be announced shortly, Aggarwal said.

Financial Performance

For fiscal year 2025-26, Signature Global reported a consolidated net profit of ₹1,094.64 crore, a sharp increase from ₹101.2 crore in the preceding year. Total income rose to ₹2,778.85 crore in FY26 from ₹2,637.99 crore in FY25. However, sales bookings fell 20% to ₹8,250 crore from a record ₹10,290 crore in the previous year. The number of homes sold declined to 2,114 units in FY26, almost half of the 4,130 units sold in FY25.

Metric FY25 FY26 Change
Sales Bookings ₹10,290 crore ₹8,250 crore -20%
Homes Sold 4,130 2,114 -48.8%
Net Profit ₹101.2 crore ₹1,094.64 crore +982%
Total Income ₹2,637.99 crore ₹2,778.85 crore +5.3%

Despite the drop in sales, Aggarwal expressed confidence in achieving the annual sales bookings guidance of ₹10,000 crore for the current fiscal year. “The housing demand remains steady, although down from the peak level of 2022-24,” he said. The company reported having delivered 17.9 million sq ft of real estate since inception.

Land Acquisition and Investment

Aggarwal stated that Signature Global is in discussions to acquire land parcels in Delhi-NCR to develop residential projects and expects to conclude some deals soon. Last month, he had indicated the company would invest around ₹3,500 crore this fiscal year on land acquisition in the Gurugram region and construction activities. The breakdown includes ₹2,000 crore on construction and ₹1,000-1,500 crore on land acquisition during FY27.

Market Outlook

“The launch of housing projects could be less this fiscal. This will help in maintaining a healthy balance between demand and supply,” Aggarwal said. The company intends to proceed cautiously with new launches to avoid supply overhang, reflecting a strategy focused on price stability and absorption. Signature Global's expansion into branded residences, leveraging partnerships with global lifestyle brands, positions it to capture the growing premium segment in the Indian housing market.
