UK Apple iCloud class action case by Which? given green light to proceed to trial
A class action lawsuit against Apple by consumer group Which? has been given the green light by the UK's Competition Appeal Tribunal. The claim, which could see 40 million iCloud users receive around £77 each, alleges Apple locked customers into its cloud service and overcharged them. The case is expected to go to trial in October 2028.
