Federal prosecutors say a Louisiana bribery scheme helped at least 124 people fraudulently obtain commercial driver's licenses without completing knowledge tests, entry-level driver training or skills exams. Three defendants pleaded guilty; sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 28.
