Dark Transits Keep Hormuz Oil Flowing as ADNOC Vessels Face New Attacks

Hormuz oil flows persist near 9 million barrels per day despite fresh attacks on ADNOC ships, as risk-tolerant tankers run dark and transfer cargo to mainstream operators off Oman. Satellite data shows ~150 vessels floating off Oman, up from ~40 in January, while ADNOC reports 19 vessels attacked. The Joint Maritime Information Center rates the threat as severe.
