Eight Roads Investments, Flipkart, and IMM India Fund are collectively selling up to a 9% stake in Shadowfax through block deals worth approximately $108 million (Rs 1,048 crore). Volkswagen has agreed to sell a 75% stake in German engine manufacturer Everllence to private equity firm Bain Capital in a deal valuing the business at €7.4bn ($8.4bn). Volkswagen will retain a 25% minority holding. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close later this year. Everllence, formerly MAN Energy Solutions, supplies marine engines and has growing businesses in carbon capture and industrial decarbonisation.

Puravankara Limited will divest its stake in Purva Ruby Properties Private Limited to Prishal Office Parks III Private Limited for ₹145 crore. The buyer is owned by ICICI Prudential Office Yield Optimiser Fund – AIF II. The deal is not a related party transaction and is expected to close within 45 days. Purva Ruby's turnover contributed 1.06% to Puravankara's total turnover last fiscal.

Skyborn Renewables, a BlackRock-owned offshore wind developer, has agreed to sell a 25% stake in the Gennaker wind farm in the German Baltic Sea to Stadtwerke München. The 976.5 MW project, once completed, will be the largest offshore wind farm in the German Baltic Sea and is expected to power approximately 1 million homes annually. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and construction financing closing, targeted for Q3 2026.
