In a move aimed at deepening India’s nascent Social Stock Exchange (SSE) ecosystem, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has allowed companies to deploy a portion of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) spending through Zero Coupon Zero Principal (ZCZP) instruments.
