Tata Sons profit jumps 22% as IPO windfall masks nearly ₹29,000 crore losses in new ventures
Tata Sons reported a 22% increase in net profit to ₹31,961 crore for FY26, lifted by a ₹6,531 crore gain from the Tata Capital IPO. However, losses from new ventures including Air India, Tata Digital, and Tata Electronics surged to nearly ₹29,000 crore.
