Deputy Defense Minister Mstislav Banik stated that with sufficient international support, Ukraine could exceed its current production levels significantly. In 2025, Ukraine produced approximately 4 million drones, with expectations to increase this to 5 or 6 million in 2026, marking a 50% growth rate. This expansion is part of Ukraine's strategy to gain a technological edge over Russia in ongoing conflicts.

Allied Support and Investment

Ukraine is seeking $60 billion in military support and direct investment from allied nations in 2026. The European Union has approved a support scheme offering up to $104 billion in loans. Germany, Norway, and the UK are among the leading contributors, with Germany pledging $5.8 billion.
