The tie-up combines Mizuho's global network and structured finance expertise with Bank of Baroda's domestic franchise and corporate relationships, following Mizuho's acquisition of a 60% stake in Avendus Capital in December 2025. The collaboration includes joint origination, structuring, co-underwriting, and syndication of acquisition finance, as well as advisory on select M&A deals and a preferred channel for sub-participation and secondary risk distribution.
