US Sanctions Push SeaLead Shipping Into Liquidation After Carrier's Rapid Rise
Singapore-headquartered SeaLead Shipping is being liquidated after US sanctions cut the carrier off from normal international business, according to Splash247. OFAC designated SeaLead and three vessels in July, after a DOJ forfeiture action, and issued General License Z allowing wind-down transactions until September 12.
