The US Highbush Blueberry Council (USHBC) will host an event titled 'Blueberries Go Big India 2026' in Mumbai on June 10. This event is poised to bring together leading chefs, food technologists, nutrition experts, importers, retailers, food service professionals, and food industry leaders to explore the burgeoning opportunities for USA blueberries in India.

The event will feature focused discussions on market opportunities, culinary concepts, nutrition, food processing applications, ingredient formats, and new product development. Chef Sanjeev Kapoor will launch the recipe book 'USA blueberries across the globe', showcasing creative and practical ways to use USA blueberries in global and Indian-inspired recipes.
"USA blueberries are increasingly being explored in India not only as a premium fruit, but also as a versatile ingredient for food processing, culinary innovation, healthy snacking, bakery, dairy, beverages, mithai, desserts, and food service applications," said Raj Kapoor, India representative of USHBC.
